• Certificate of Employment with the information on the home address or your preferred billing /mailing address
• Copy of Identification Card
FAILURE TO SUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTS WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS MAY CAUSE CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION.
